Kuchařovice is a Czech moldavite locality situated in the Znojmo District of the Czech Republic. Specimens from this site are prized for their warm coloration and well-preserved surface texture, each carrying full field provenance as a direct record of the Ries impact event 14.8 million years ago.
This specimen is documented from the Kuchařovice locality. At 9.40 grams, it is undamaged and displays a warm honey color with a distinctive crescent-shaped surface sculpture — a naturally formed groove pattern produced during the tektite’s aerodynamic flight. A beautiful, well-balanced collector piece. Dimensions: 27.7 × 20.9 × 12.6 mm. Exact moldavite shown. Signed Certificate of Authenticity included.
