SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
All shipments are securely packaged and dispatched from the Czech Republic.
Shipping Options – European Union (EU)
- Czech Post – tracking is included where available.
- Packeta / Zásilkovna – tracking is included where available.
- UPS / FedEx – a signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value shipments.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within the European Union is 5–7 business days, depending on the selected carrier and shipping service.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Delivery Inspection
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery.
If the package or its contents are visibly damaged, the buyer must notify the carrier immediately and complete a damage report with the carrier.
Failure to complete a damage report may make it significantly more difficult to verify shipping damage, and claims for shipping damage may therefore not be accepted.
Delays
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the seller's reasonable control.
Customs and Import Duties
No customs duties or import charges apply to shipments delivered within the European Union.

Shipments to the United States (USA)
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery to the United States is 3–5 business days, depending on the selected carrier and shipping service.
Customs Clearance
The buyer is responsible for providing any information or documentation required for customs clearance and must cooperate with the carrier and the relevant customs authorities when requested.
Any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Acceptance
The buyer is required to accept delivery of the shipment.
If the buyer fails to cooperate with customs, refuses delivery, or does not collect the shipment within the carrier's specified time, and the shipment is returned to the seller, the buyer is responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to:
- shipping costs to the United States,
- return shipping costs to the Czech Republic,
- storage fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities,
- any additional costs related to the return of the shipment.
These costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.
Delivery Inspection

Free Shipping
Orders over CZK 10,000 qualify for free shipping to the United States.
The buyer is responsible only for the additional shipping insurance fee of CZK 300, where applicable.
Buyer's Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete shipping information,
- monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking number,
- remaining available for communication with the carrier,
- accepting delivery within the carrier's required time frame,
- cooperating with customs authorities when required,
- paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges.
Seller's Responsibility
The seller is not responsible for:
- delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities,
- extended delivery times due to customs clearance,
- costs resulting from the buyer's failure to fulfill their obligations,
- returned shipments caused by refusal of delivery or failure to cooperate with customs,
- damage occurring after the shipment has been accepted by the buyer.
