TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SEMineral Moldavite online store operated by Petr Semotam.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

The store offers natural moldavites, collectible minerals, and jewelry.

Each moldavite is a unique natural specimen. Natural inclusions, enclosed bubbles, microfractures, surface texture, natural sculpture, irregular shapes, and color variations are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Product photographs generally show the exact item offered for sale.

3. Orders

A purchase agreement is concluded when the seller confirms the order.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or other suspicious activity.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed without VAT.

The seller is not registered for VAT under the laws of the Czech Republic.

Accepted payment methods include:

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

5. Shipping

Shipping services are provided by:

Czech Post
Packeta / Zásilkovna
UPS
FedEx

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, and other government-imposed charges.

6. Returns

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Complaints

A complaint must include:

the order number,
a description of the issue,
photographs supporting the claim.

The natural characteristics of moldavites and minerals do not constitute product defects and are not grounds for a complaint.

8. Limitation of Liability

The seller shall not be liable for:

delays caused by customs authorities,
delays caused by shipping carriers,
incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer,
customs inspections, seizures, or other actions taken by governmental authorities beyond the seller's control.
