Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union.

Returned goods must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- complete, including all accessories
- securely packaged
- returned in the same condition in which they were delivered
The buyer must send the returned goods no later than 14 days after notifying the seller of the withdrawal from the contract.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, the buyer shall be liable for such reduction in value.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase no later than 14 days after the returned goods have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
Complaints
The buyer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
A complaint must include:
- order number
- description of the defect
- photographs of the defect

If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, the buyer must immediately notify the carrier and complete a damage report with the carrier.
Failure to complete a damage report may significantly hinder the verification of damage caused during transportation, and claims for shipping damage may therefore not be accepted.
The seller will process the complaint without undue delay, within the period required by the applicable legal regulations.
Natural Characteristics of the Products
Every moldavite and mineral is a unique natural product.
Natural inclusions, enclosed bubbles, microfractures, surface texture, natural sculpture, minor abrasions, color variations, and irregular shapes are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered product defects.
The photographs generally show the exact item being sold.
Minor differences in color caused by monitor or display settings are not considered grounds for a complaint.

Returns
The buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Before returning any goods, the buyer must contact the seller at:

The original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any costs incurred in connection with the return shipment, including customs duties, storage fees, or carrier charges, are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the returned goods are damaged or their value has been reduced due to use or improper handling, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.
The refund will be issued after inspection of the returned goods using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Natural Characteristics of the Products

Exceptions
Returns or complaints cannot be made on the basis of the natural characteristics of the material that have been described in the product listing or are visible in the product photographs.
Shipment Documentation
Every shipment is carefully documented before it is packed and shipped. This documentation includes photographs of the item's condition, completeness, packaging, and the final package before it is handed over to the carrier.
This documentation serves as a record of the item's condition at the time of shipment.
For insured shipments, photographs and supporting documentation may also be provided to the carrier or its insurance company if required to process a shipping damage claim.
Refunds for Returned Shipments
If the buyer returns an order, the refunded amount may be reduced by any costs that are the buyer's responsibility under these Terms, including:
- return shipping costs,
- costs resulting from refused or unclaimed deliveries,
- storage fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities, where applicable,
- additional shipping insurance of CZK 300, if purchased.
If free shipping was provided, the seller may deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
The refund may also be reduced if the returned goods have lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and condition.
