Are your moldavites authentic?
Yes. We offer only natural Czech and Moravian moldavites from verified localities in the Czech Republic. Each piece is carefully evaluated based on its structure, sculpture, translucency, and characteristic features typical for its locality.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Selected moldavites may include a certificate of authenticity or additional documentation. If included, this information is always stated in the product description.
Are the moldavites modified or treated?
Most offered pieces remain in their natural condition without polishing or additional treatment. If a piece has been modified, repaired, or used in jewelry, it is always clearly stated in the product description.
Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
Yes. The photographs show the exact piece you will receive. We do not use illustrative images for individual moldavite listings.
Are the product photos edited?
We strive to display moldavites as accurately as possible under natural or neutral lighting conditions. However, slight differences in color appearance may occur depending on screen settings and display calibration.
Do the products include dimensions and weight?
Each product includes the exact weight and, in most cases, also dimensions in millimeters.
Are discovery photos or videos available for some moldavites?
Selected moldavites include original discovery photographs and, in some cases, video documentation related to the origin of the piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders to most countries worldwide, including the USA, Europe, and Asia.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination country and selected shipping method. Most international shipments arrive within 3–14 business days.
Are shipments insured and trackable?
Selected shipments are sent with insurance and tracking information. Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
How are moldavites packaged?
Each moldavite is securely packaged to protect it during transport. Fragile or higher-value pieces may receive additional protective packaging.
