A 7.12g field-found moldavite from Zliv — naturally worn to a pebble-like form, with the solid core fully intact.
Not every moldavite is about dramatic sculpture. This specimen tells a different story: millions of years of natural abrasion have worn the original surface almost completely smooth, leaving a rounded oval form that resembles a natural river pebble. The solid core is fully preserved. Subtle pits remain visible on both faces — the last traces of the original sculpture.
For collectors interested in the full range of moldavite morphology, abraded specimens like this represent an important and often overlooked category. The form is entirely natural — a product of geological time, not human intervention.
I include a signed certificate of authenticity with the locality, weight and origin of this moldavite.
You will receive the moldavite in these photographs.
